2001, as a founder, he prepared and established the Changxin Boji hospital, a private hospital with 500 beds which was approved by Zhejiang Health Department; in 2004-2006，as a main director, he prepared the Wanshili hospital in Hangzhou, at the same time he participated in the planning and successful acquisition of the Fourth People's Hospital of Hangzhou.
